Pilates + Pastry is back - and this one’s extra special. Join us on 7th March 2026 at The Space, Clapham as we celebrate the 3rd anniversary of Pilates + Pastry, a feel-good seasonal ritual we’ve been hosting since February 2023.

From 11.30am–2pm, enjoy 90 minutes of mindful movement, designed to leave you feeling strong, open, and deeply relaxed. We’ll begin with our Signature Pilates flow to build heat and strength, followed by a nourishing stretch and release to unwind the body and calm the nervous system.

After class, the pace slows right down. Spend an hour indulging in fresh croissants, great coffee, and easy conversation with a gorgeous Pilates community - no rushing, no pressure, just connection and comfort.

Think movement, pastries, and delightful people.

A perfect Saturday reset.
